Role:
We are currently seeking highly motivated sales individuals to join our Toronto Sales Team. The successful candidates will be primarily responsible for acquiring and developing new customers through effective prospecting and sales techniques. In addition, the successful candidate will ensure that our customers’ needs are exceeded in terms of customer satisfaction and ensuring advertising is accurate and complete.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and discuss advertising needs with prospective customers
- Understand 49st products and services relevant to each new potential acquisition
- Design proposals for customers based on customer needs
- Manage revenue targets
- Ensure all documentation & reports are complete and accurate
- Maintain positive and effective customer relationships
- Represent 49st professionally and enthusiastically both to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years experience
- Experience setting targets and delivering/over delivering on them
- 1+ years experience
- Experience setting targets and delivering/over delivering on them
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Understanding of social networking (eg. Facebook) sites and online advertising
- Knowledge of the event/venue space a plus
- Have a creative and entrepreneurial focus
- University/college degree
Compensation:
This position has a combination of base salary plus commission.
which are market competitive, with total compensation being attractive to individuals. For key representatives who prove their abilities we are happy to increase the compensation.
